RegXperience -- Refund & Purchase Policy

Last Updated: 22 February 2026

This Refund & Purchase Policy ("Policy") is incorporated into and forms part of the RegXperience Terms of Service. All capitalised terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all purchases made through the RegXperience platform, including:

  • Subscription plans for platform access;
  • One-time purchases of workflow assessments (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR Gap Assessment, DPIA); and
  • Marketplace purchases of Contributor Content.

2. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through the RegXperience platform are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except where required by mandatory applicable law.

This applies to:

  • Subscription plan fees, whether monthly or annual;
  • One-time workflow assessment purchases; and
  • Marketplace purchases of Contributor Content.

3. Subscription Cancellation

  1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting hello@deepdivelabs.tech.
  2. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds or credits are issued for unused portions of the billing period.
  3. You will retain access to subscription features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

4. One-Time Workflow Purchases

  1. One-time purchases of workflow assessments (such as ISO 27001, GDPR Gap Assessment, or DPIA workflows) are non-refundable.
  2. Access to purchased workflows is granted immediately upon payment. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the digital content is delivered instantly and that you waive any right to a cooling-off period to the extent permitted by law.

5. Marketplace Purchases

  1. Contributor Content purchased through the Marketplace is provided by third-party Contributors, not DeepDive Labs. All marketplace sales are final.

  2. If you believe a marketplace template is materially defective, misleading, or does not match its published description, you may report it by emailing hello@deepdivelabs.tech with:

    • Your account email address;
    • The template name and purchase date; and
    • A description of the issue with any supporting evidence.
  3. DeepDive Labs will review reported templates and may, at its sole discretion, remove or require corrections to templates that violate our quality or accuracy standards. Removal of a template does not entitle you to a refund.

6. Changes to Services and Features

DeepDive Labs may modify, discontinue, or replace features of the Services from time to time. If a significant change materially affects the functionality you are paying for, DeepDive Labs may, at its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, offer account credits, alternative access, or other remedies. Such decisions are not guaranteed and do not create a precedent for future cases.

7. Consumer Protection Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws, including the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (Cap. 52A), the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction. Where mandatory consumer protection laws provide greater rights than this Policy, those rights prevail.
